Velvet & Vows does over 70 weddings every year and continues to grow into a highly sought after wedding vendor, and one of the top wedding photo & video companies in Kansas.

This film captures the essence of your love story, from the first time you met to your engagement and everything in between, showcasing your unique personalities, special moments, and the deep connection you share with each other.
Love Story Film - $1,495
Your wedding has been transformed into a stunning one-hour cinematic masterpiece, ensuring that no moment is left out. There's no need to trim down speeches or vows, and intimate moments won't be edited out. We can now tell your story in full, revealing even the hidden moments that we've captured. You'll receive an edit that's just as memorable as your parents' wedding video.
Documentary Edit - $1,450
A wedding video that runs for 10 minutes is highly sought-after as it enables us to include every significant moment, detail, and guest captured in the footage, without omitting anything. This way, we can showcase your wedding in its entirety, portraying it flawlessly.
10 Minute Film - $995
A high-energy, sentiment-filled video montage that captures all the highlights of your wedding day.
8 Minute Film - $495
Custom Edits
For an all-encompassing, multi-day wedding celebration, you'll receive wedding coverage for three days, including your wedding day and six hours of coverage for other separate events, such as pre-wedding dinners and parties. If you require more than three days of coverage, please feel free to discuss your requirements with our team.
Wedding Weekend Experience- $2,495
We offer coverage of your pre-wedding dinner or event, which typically includes speeches, toasts, details, memories, and moments that you want to preserve for a lifetime. This coverage lasts for three hours. If you're having both a rehearsal dinner and a welcome party on separate days and would like them covered, you can opt to add this package twice. Please note that travel fees may be applicable.
Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party - $1,497
The scale of your wedding may prompt you to consider hiring one or two additional videographers or photographers, in addition to what's included in the base package you selected. If you're uncertain about the need for additional shooters, feel free to discuss your wedding plans and timeline with us, and we'll provide you with more informed recommendations.
Additional Filmmaker - $645, Photographer - $795
Escape from the busy atmosphere of your wedding day and dedicate two hours on a separate day to capture stunning footage of the two of you in your bridal attire. Choose a scenic location, whether it's a sunrise or sunset destination, and engage in activities like reading letters to each other or revisiting your vows. These shots often become some of our clients' favorite parts of their wedding film. Keep in mind that travel expenses may be affected.
Adventure Session - $895
Additional hours of coverage. This is ideal for couples who want to capture additional moments and events throughout the day.

Heirlooms
This add-on option provides a smaller album size, perfect for parents or grandparents who would like their own album of the wedding photos. The parent album is a replica of the main album, but with a smaller size of 8x8 inches.
Parent Album (8x8) - $450
This add-on option provides an upgrade to your photo album size to 12x12 inches. This extra-large album size provides even more space to showcase your photos and create a truly stunning and impressive presentation.
12x12 Photo Album Upgrade - $850
This add-on option provides an upgrade to your photo album size to 10x10 inches. This larger album size allows for more space to showcase your photos and provide a more luxurious and impressive presentation.
10x10 Photo Album Upgrade - $750
You have the option to purchase all the unedited footage captured on your wedding day, but it's essential to note that a considerable amount of effort goes into enhancing and beautifying the final footage. Before committing to the purchase, August will provide you with samples of what your unedited footage looks like, allowing you to make an informed decision if it's something you genuinely desire. Alternatively, the Documentary Edit may be more suitable for your needs.
Raw Unedited Footage - $495
Our top priority is delivering your wedding film ahead of every other client. We ensure that your film will be completed within 30 days after your wedding day, allowing you to post it on or before your first-month anniversary.
Expedited Edit (30 days) - $1,495
You'll receive five TikTok/Reel-style edits capturing special moments from your wedding day, including candid, fun, and emotional moments that our team deems to be the most significant. These edits are perfect for sharing on social media platforms like TikTok or Instagram, giving your loved ones a glimpse of your unforgettable wedding day.
The Reel Edits - $495
